Oneness Deeksha (aka) Deeksha is an energy transfer that brings about growth in consciousness. The level of consciousness of a person determines his/her quality of life experience. For instance, one’s experience of the ongoing recession, the ability to handle misunderstanding in relationship or a daughter’s rebellious nature, what emotions surge through when diagnosed with a health problem, the level of connection with people around and the joy experienced, the intensity of passion at work etc., depend on one’s level of consciousness. As consciousness rises, there is greater awareness, joy, love, togetherness, and focus in everything that you do and experience.
The Deeksha neither requires practicing a particular way of living nor is an initiation into following a new path. It does not bind one to any philosophy or ideology. It transcends religious and cultural barriers from the fact that it only chooses to awaken each to his/her own spiritual tradition by facilitating a neurobiological shift, thus making religion a matter of personal choice and convenience. Hence people belonging to any faith or age group can receive the Deeksha.
BENEFITS OF DeekshaEvolution in one’s consciousness manifests as changes in all spheres of our life – health, wealth, relationships & spiritual growth. The Deeksha brings about a growth in consciousness, thus heightening your life experience. The Deeksha changes emotions and perceptions or helps one be free of perceptions. This shift changes one’s approach to challenges and opportunities since when perceptions change one no more perceives a problem as a problem. When perceptions change reality may also change because the external world is merely a reflection of the inner world. Higher perceptions and positive emotions create a more successful and fulfilling life.
Effort does have a role in the Deeksha. While effort in the form of introspection, contemplation, asking the right question, having an intent, external doing etc. is also essential. The role of effort in this context is analogous to a plane speeding on a runway to take off, but the actual take-off also demands an appropriate wind current. The Deeksha is like the current that finally lifts the plane off the ground.
Deeksha is given by the laying hands on the recipient’s head or sometimes through intent. In this case, the giver holds the receiver in his or her awareness for a few minutes and allows the Deeksha to flow. In this way, the Deeksha can be given at a distance of thousands of miles or to a large group of people all at the same time. Deeksha unfolds differently in every individual as it depends on what the receiver may need it most.
These are some of the common benefits in receiving a Deeksha as reported by the recipients. One can experience greater effects of it with prolonged exposure.

Oneness Rituals
Where Grace overpowers fate...
Rituals are ancient. There was never a point of time in human history when humanity did not perform them, whatever the culture, whichever the place. In fact, for the ancient man, everything was a ritual. Rituals are the external expression of humanity’s internal and universal aspiration to become one with the Divine. These outward expressions affect the internal in strange and mystical ways because a very thin line demarcates the internal and the external in the higher realms.
When performed repeatedly in their proper form, one gets connected to the Rhythm of the Universe, God or grace. In general, a ritual has three aspects to it – Yantra (symbol), Asana (posture) and Mantra (chants).
Oneness University
"All learning is unlearning." - Sri AmmaBhagavan
The Oneness University is a university for awakening and God realization.
As we approach 2012, we are in for a transition. Increased reports of spontaneous awakening experiences across the globe suggest that the time for a golden age of planetary evolution and transcendence is near at hand if only we would work collectively.
The mission of the Avatars Sri Amma Bhagavan is to bring about and sustain this great change and transition in human consciousness. They are the inspiration, power and the wisdom behind the Oneness University founded to create 70,000 individuals who would live in a natural state of Awakening and God Realization. They would collectively work to bring about an alteration in human consciousness. The shift will only result when many individuals would awaken to themselves, to others, to the world and to God. And the critical mass required for this transition is 70,000.
The University does not propagate any particular belief, dogma, religion, faith or teaching. The underlying concept behind every one of its activities is the thought of Sri Amma Bhagavan who say, “Truth however profound, when it is not yours still remains untruth.” Accordingly the university aims to put every individual in touch with the truth of his faith via the medium of a personal experience.
All the courses here are towards this end. When we speak of God, we mean coming face to face with God. When we speak of relationships we do not talk of having love or the lack of it, but are interested in discovering love. When we speak of knowledge it is not speculative or metaphysical but direct insights that alter consciousness.
The university is the vortex of the movement in consciousness towards oneness.
Oneness Care"Joy is in the doing, not in the seeking." - Sri AmmaBhagavan
Oneness, besides being engaged in its mainstream activity of global awakening, is also assiduously associated with the creation of a new society, a new community, laying a foundation at the grass root level - the village. It also reaches out to the most marginalized cross-sections of society by enriching their lives through self empowerment and community development. Because India is 70% rural, to build India you need to build its villages. It is towards this end; Sri Amma Bhagavan is trying to create village communities with happy and fulfilled individuals and families. Hence the work for community development began.
Oneness Courses and Programs
"Life is a quest to know oneself." - Sri Amma Bhagavan
There are several courses offered at Oneness :
Oneness Trainer Course :
The goal of all our courses here at Oneness University is to help heal your past, awaken your body's natural spiritual energy (Kundalini), as well as activating your body's energy centers (chakras). As the dormant spiritual energy becomes awakened in you and you find yourself more naturally connected with the Divine and with reality as it is, you begin to experience a variety of higher states of consciousness. These experiences will be unique for you and given to you by the Divine at the right time and in the right intensity to most effectively support your journey of awakening. Remember, everyone's path is different. You need not compare your experiences with another. You can trust that the Divine is delivering to you exactly what you need at exactly the right time.
In the course of your work with Oneness, you may find yourself having experiences such as:
- Moments of deep inner peace and stillness
- Moments of feeling connected with others in deep and profound ways
- Moments of laughter and joy for no reason
- Moments of feeling connected to your Divine
- Tingles and energy moving up and down the spine, and throughout the body
- Various other mystical and positive states of being
- Old hurts and pains releasing and healing, allowing forgiveness and acceptance to flower
- Realizations that you are not your body or your thoughts, but the witness to all life.
This is a residential program lasting ten days with one additional day allocated on each end for arrival and departure, for a total of twelve days. Participants should be in excellent health and free of mind-altering substances. Attendees are grouped and scheduled according to language and nationality.
Oneness Deepening Process
"To See is to be Free." - Sri AmmaBhagavan
The Oneness Deepening process is being offered at Oneness University to take the Deeksha Giver community directly into higher states of consciousness and ultimately into God Realization itself. It is an opportunity for Deeksha Givers to be fully immersed in the teachings and realizations of Oneness, in a very intensive setting. The process is available to all Deeksha Givers who have completed Oneness Awakening, Oneness Experience, or Level 1.
The Deepening is offered over 28 days, in four, weeklong segments. It is highly recommended that participants stay for the full 28 days, to complete the entire process, in order to receive the maximum benefit. Further, it is strongly recommended that participants begin with week 1 of the process and not with weeks 2 or 3 as the process is cumulative in nature. However, if it is not possible for the participant to do so, they may begin with weeks 2 or 3 and may stay for any multiple of 7 days. Each of the four weeks will be structured differently and it is recommended that each of the four weeks be completed, if not during a single visit, then during a subsequent one.
Each week of the process culminates in a 24-hour inner journey, within the Oneness Temple and in Sacred Space, where the teachings and realizations of the week are made to come alive in direct experience of participants. Through fasting, very intensive meditation and contemplation, and special Deekshas from the Oneness Beings and Guides, participants are immersed in the Divine and ultimately in Oneness with all that is. Specifically, the teachings, meditations, rituals, and processes are aimed at:
- The removal of past charges
- The cleansing of the various koshas (the "coverings" of the true Self, the Atman)
- The opening and balancing of the various chakras
- The working on and healing of karma at various levels
- Deeper and more profound experiences of Oneness and the Divine
- This special new process will also involve interactions and meditation with Sri Bhagavan.
Darshan Tours
"Where there is Oneness, there is no resistance." - Sri Amma Bhagavan
They are offering a special program where participants may undertake a pilgrimage to deepen their experience of the Oneness phenomenon. These "Darshan tours" are akin to a five-day festival whereby participants will visit the sacred sites of Oneness and receive the Darshan of Sri Bhagavan.
The tour will offer a visit to the three main Oneness centers: Satyaloka (the birthplace of the Oneness phenomenon), Nemam (the abode of Sri Amma), and to the Mukthi Mandap (Hall of Awakening). Additionally, tour groups will participate in a meditation in the jungle and mountains surrounding the University, as well as a special Mukthi Deeksha and 64 Deeksha process in the Mukthi Mandap (Hall of Awakening) itself.
The tour will then culminate in the receipt of Sri Bhagavan's Darshan. A special optional Homa (sacred fire ritual) will be offered to all participants.
I am not sure how many of you believe in mind body and soul detoxification, but today where Life moves pretty fast ... I think if we all should find out time for this beautiful journey and thus our life will be more meaningful !
Stay Gorgeous! Love to ALL!
